<p><strong>Vaga para Gerente de Marketing</strong></p><p>A Boyden Global Executive Search está buscando um Gerente de Marketing para trabalhar em uma multinacional na área de Calçados e Acessórios infantis. Inglês é indispensável, tanto que a descrição da vaga vem na língua inglesa.</p><p>- Manages a product category or categories and licensing relationships to meet or exceed predetermined revenue targets and growth objectives.</p><p>- Participates and contributes to the strategic planning process.  Develops strategies and business plans by retailer, brand and property.</p><p>- Analyzes and understands market trends, consumer and retailer and industry needs.  Identifies new product opportunities and the most efficient method of distribution.</p><p>- Responsibility for assigned categories to include annual budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasting.</p><p>- Manages licensees for assigned category which includes contract negotiation, resolving issues, reviewing/approving of submissions and promotion/advertising initiatives.</p><p>- Responsible for cost assessment, recommendation and control of promotional, marketing, research and creative expenditures.</p><p>- Recommends initiatives, providing cost/benefit analysis and an estimate of return on investment.</p><p>- Works with Licensees, Retail and Creative Teams to develop product that meets retailer needs by distribution channel while maintaining quality and character integrity standards.</p><p>- Seeks information on industry "best practices" to deliver cutting edge/on trend product design and improve processes.</p><p>- Supports internal initiatives generated by Marketing and Sales Teams.</p><p>- Performs other duties as assigned.</p><p>- Manages a major product line or several business-critical product lines</p><p>- Manages staff, resources and/or large accounts.  Receives general direction from manager. Establishes team objectives.</p><p>- Interacts with category teams, creative, licensees, DCP Sr. management, outside vendors and/or creative studios, retailers, manufacturers.</p><p>- Five years related experience or Masters + 2-3 years experience in Footwear and/or accessories. Experience in financial/market analysis and research, retail management and consumer products marketing. </p>
